Shipping & Handling
We are located in United States and all our items will be shipped out from our storage in northern Virginia. Shipping & handling time depends on whether the items are already in stock in US (2 to 3 business days) or need to be shipped from oversea (2 to 3 weeks max).
Return & Refund Policy
All our items are 100% authentic and we only sell brand new sealed or open complete like new condition items to minimize the controversial.
In general we don't accept return and refund once the item is shipped. In special cases due to our mistake return and refund can be arranged by contacting us.

In-Stock Items (3 - 5 days)

Items already in-stock in US will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days.

In-Stock Items (2 - 3 weeks)

Items in-stock which need to shipped from oversea to our storage will take 2 to 3 weeks maximum before they can be shipped out to customers
